大力推广水稻现代农艺技术 稳定提高粮食生产水平

EXTENDING ENERGETICALLY MODERN AGRONOMIC TECHNIQUESIN RICECULTUREAND ENHANCING STABLY GRAIN PRODUCTION LEVEL

闵行区农业加大科技力度，自１９９３～１９９９ 年的７ 年间，全面推广水稻现代农艺技术，取得了较好的社会、经济效益。首先基本解决了粮农的“三弯腰”困苦，解放了生产力，从而推动了农村经济的发展。其次，节省了用地，减少了农本，提高了单产，促进了农民增产增收，从而调动了农民的种粮积极性。随着粮食生产水平的提高，有利于稳定总量，腾出耕地面积，发展经济作物，促进种植业结构调整和都市型现代农业的建设。

The m odern agronom ic techniques in rice culture w ere extended to the fullin Minhang District during the seven years from 1993 to 1999,and good social and econom ic effects w ere obtained.Firstly,the pains ofbinding during three differentfield operations are basically rem oved, the productive forces are liberated and so the developm ent of rural econom y is prom oted.Secondly,the land in use is saved,the agriculturalcosts are reduced, the unit area yield is increased,the increases in grain production and incom e offarm ers are furthered so thatthe farm ersenthusiasm for planting grain crops is m obilized.The raise of grain production levelw ill favor the stabilization of total grain production,vacate land for developing cultivation ofeconom ic crops and prom ote the regulation of planting industrys structure as w ellas the construction ofcit type m odern agriculture.
