摘要
在分析葡萄籽中的活性成分基础上,综述了葡萄籽中原花青素提取分离工艺的研究现状,指出用超临界CO2萃取法提取葡萄籽中的原花青素的工艺值得推广。
Based on analyzing the active components in grape seed,this paper expounds in detail the current research on the process for extracting the active components of proanthocyanidins in grape seed,and points out that the supercritical CO2 extraction process for extracting the active components of proanthocyanidins in grape seed is worth to be popularized.
