In the case of fault rescue,equipment maintenance and replacement of defective equipment,the power supply via bypass with power load transmission vehicle and by-pass switch vehicle can be used to guarantee users＇ temporary power application,which improves greatly the reliability of power supply and increases users＇ satisfaction degree.This paper introduces in detail two alternative schemes in the case of flexible cable＇s crossing the street in the field by-pass operation of erecting 10 kV overhead distribution line.
