摘要
近年来,对员工组织公民行为的研究受到了学者们的广泛关注,随着市场竞争的日趋激烈以及组织结构的扁平化,员工的组织公民行为越来越为企业领导者所重视。但是我国对这一领域的研究尚处于起步阶段。为此,试图找出影响组织公民行为的各种重要因素,从而找到提升组织公民行为的途径。
Recently,the researches on the organizational citizenship behavior have received great attention of scholars.As the market competition is increasingly fierce and the organizational structure is tending to the flat one,business leaders think highly of employees' organizational citizenship behavior.However,the researches in this field in China are still at the beginning.This paper is aimed at exploring the factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior,and therefore finds some paths for improving the organizational citizenship behavior of Chinese employees.
