摘要
绩效考核是企业管理的一种有效方法,在企业经济发展中具有十分重要的作用。介绍了绩效考核的目的,分析了绩效考核中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了解决绩效考核存在问题的途径。
The performance evaluation,which is an effective method for enterprise management,plays an important role in enterprise's economic development.This paper introduces the targets of performance evaluation,analyzes some problems existing in performance evaluation,and based on this,puts forward some paths for solving these problems existing in performance evaluation.
