摘要
研究目的:在铁路电气化改造中为了提高上跨铁路桥的桥下净空,需要采用结构高度更低的下承式结构形式替换原结构,同时施工中不能影响桥下既有线行车。本文研究了下承式正交异性桥面钢板梁替换既有16 m低高度预应力混凝土梁的应用。研究结论:下承式正交异性桥面钢板梁是将设置纵横梁加劲的钢桥面板与两片主梁连接,荷载通过桥面板与纵横梁传给两片主梁的梁式结构。与预应力混凝土梁相比,降低了结构高度;采用工厂预制现场拼装架设的方法,加快了工程进度,实现了利用天窗时间完成换梁施工;在正交异性钢桥面板上铺设道砟,解决了钢梁明桥面的养护维修困难;同时讨论了正交异性桥面板的受力性能。目前该结构形式已应用于京九铁路电气化改造。
Research purposes: To get more clear height of overpass railway bridge in electrified upgrading of existing railway,the structure with lower height should be designed to replace the existing beam,and in the meantime the upgrading work should not disturb the traffic of the existing railway.The application of orthotropic deck through steel plate girder to replace the existing 16 m prestressed concrete beam is discussed in this paper.Research conclusions:The orthotropic deck through steel plate girder is a kind of structure with two main girders connected with steel bridge deck stiffened by longitudinal and transverse beams to transfer the loads from bridge deck and longitudinal and transverse beams to main girders.Compared with prestressed concrete girder,this steel plate girder can reduce structural height and can be prefabricated in factory and assembled and erected in construction site.Replacement of existing concrete girder can be done and completed in skylight time,which can speed up the construction process.In addition,the ballast can be laid directly on steel deck,which can reduce the maintenance difficulty caused by open bridge floor.The mechanical performance of orthotropic deck through steel plate is discussed as well in this paper.This structure has already used in electrified upgrade of Beijing-Kowloon Railway successfully.
