游泳运动员有氧耐力训练中个体乳酸阈的应用 被引量:2

The Application of Individual Lactic Acid Threshold in Aerobic Endurance Training of Swimming Athletes

摘要 目的:通过针对性的四周有氧耐力训练,观察游泳运动员阶段训练前后个体乳酸阈和机能变化状况。方法:8名男子自由泳运动员作为受试通过7×200 m递增负荷试验测试个体乳酸阈,据此安排四周针对性的有氧耐力训练,阶段训练后测试个体乳酸阈。结果:1)个体乳酸阈值由(3.79±0.42)mmol/L上升至(3.92±0.61)mmol/L,个体乳酸阈对应的泳速由(1.48±0.08)m/s提高至(1.50±0.03)m/s,差异具显著性(p<0.05)。2)血乳酸—泳速曲线发生明显右移。结论:游泳运动员在四周有氧耐力训练后个体乳酸阈值升高,机体有氧代谢能力提高。 objective: to observe the changes of swimming athletes' individual lactic acid threshold(ILAT) and physical function after the four weeks intensive aerobic endurance training.Method: the ILAT value of eight male freestyle swimming athletes was measured through 7×200m incremental load test.According to the ILAT value,they performed four weeks intended aerobic endurance training.The ILAT value was also measured after four weeks training stage.Result:1)The ILAT value rose to 3.92±0.61mmol/L from 3.79±0.42 mmol/L and the corresponding swimming velocity increased to 1.50±0.03 m/s from 1.48±0.08 m/s.The differences were significant(p0.05).2) The blood lactate-swimming velocity curve showed right shift.Conclusion: The ILAT value of swimming athletes rose after four weeks aerobic endurance training,and the aerobic metabolism capacity improved.
