我国城市社区体育场地设施对学校开放现状及影响因素研究

Research on the Current Situation and Influence of the Availability of China's Urban Sport Facilitates to Schools

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对全国直辖市与省会城市中的1000个城市新建综合型社区进行抽样调查,对其体育场地设施对学校开放情况进行了研究。结果发现,社区对学校开放体育设施的开放率为11.2%。究其原因发现,政府管理因素、安全因素、社区资源因素、观念因素、政策法规因素阻碍了城市社区对学校开放体育场地设施,这其中政府管理因素、资源因素、政策法规因素对社区开放的影响较大,其中,政府管理因素在对资源因素与安全因素的影响力大于政策法规因素。

This study used the method of questionnaire survey,literature review,expert interviews and mathematical statistics.A sample survey had been taken in 1,000 comprehensive newly-built communities in China municipalities and the capital cities and the availability of the communities＇ sport facilitates to schools was probed.The result showed that the availability rate is 11.2%.It found that the cause of the low ratio was inadequate government management and community resources,concerns about safety,mindset and inadequate laws and regulations.In these factors,the dominate ones are the government management,resources and laws and regulations.And the government management factor was more influential than the resource and safety factor.
