摘要
开放存取是一种新的学术交流出版模式,对高校图书馆的工作理念、经费使用、职责定位、信息资源及服务方式等都产生了影响。阐述了开放存取的概念、背景、特点,指出高校图书馆应积极采取对策开展开放存取工作,从而更好地发挥图书馆的作用。
OA is a new academic exchange/publication model,and it will exert a profound influence on university library＇s working concept,fund use,role orientation,and service mode,etc.This paper expounds the concept,background and features of OA,and points out that university library should take active measures to developing OA and give better play to library＇s function.
