摘要
介绍了读者服务满意度调查的意义、目的和作用,通过广西师范学院图书馆对在校师生就满意度问题进行的一次调查,发现了读者服务工作中存在的不足之处,并提出了解决对策。
This paper introduces the significance,target and function of the investigation on readers' satisfaction,and through the investigation on the satisfaction of teachers and students made by the library of Guangxi Normal University,finds some shortages existing in the service for readers,and puts forward some solutions.
