The construction of characteristic digital resources is the key task of the library＇s information resources construction,and also is an important path for the library to fully demonstrate its individuality and improve its information service ability.This paper expounds some principles that should be insist on in the construction of library＇s digital resources construction,probes into the important functions of library＇s digital resources construction,puts forward some measures for strengthening the construction of library＇s characteristic digital resources,and emphasizes the problem of strengthening the fund-support for the construction of characteristic digital resources.
