客运索道车厢信息检测系统的设计

摘要 为解决目前客运索道的检测系统中只能对钢丝绳进行检测,不能准确提供车厢及车内乘客的相关信息的问题,研究了一种索道车厢信息检测系统。该系统以单片机为中心,各部分以无线网络进行通信,利用编码轮测量车厢运行速度和方向,并能准确定位车厢与索道运营中心的距离;光电开关配合行程开关的使用能检测车厢内游客的信息,为发生事故时人员的救援提供了宝贵的资料;上位机部分采用组态王编写,画面形象逼真,可以实时动态显示车厢运行情况。运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,使用方便,提高了工作效率。 To solve the problem that only detects the rope in the current passenger ropeway inspection system,but an accurate passenger cars and car related information can not be provided,so a kind of system for the compartment information on passenger ropeway is studied.The central of the system is single-chip microcomputer,each part is communicated by the wireless network,the speed and the direction that carriages are running can be measured by the code wheel,and the distance from the carriage and the cableway operations center cab be accurate positioned,and the information of visitors in the carriage can also be provided.When the accident is happening,they can provide valuable information and save valuable time,the part of host computer compiled with Kingview,the screen image is real,and can real-time dynamic display of carriages operating conditions.
