摘要
文章根据新形势下地勘队伍管理体制改革的特点，回顾了浙江地勘工作改革近期所走过的轨迹，并进行了评述和反思，提出了深化地勘工作改革应重视的若干问题。
According to the character of reforming management system of geological prospecting troops under new situation, the paper reviews and rethinks the experience from recent reform of geological prospecting work in Zhe Jiang province. It also puts forward some problems should be noticed in further reform.
