摘要
为临床观察分析眼睛的动态特征,提出在不同光照条件和不同刺激模式下同步采集双侧眼睛图像的方案。基于CCD摄像头、单片机等硬件设计出采集眼睛图像的装置,并在Visual C++6.0环境下,建立起眼睛检测系统,给出了系统的构成及主要设计。实验结果表明,该方案实现了眼睛的动态特征的检测,为医学研究和临床诊断疾病提供了新的技术手段。
To observe and analysis dynamic characteristics of the eye in clinical medicine,a method is proposed that bilateral eye images are synchronously acquisitied in different lighting conditions and different stimulation modes,based on CCD cameras,single chip micro-computer etc,an image acquisition devices is designed.And combined with compiled software in Visual C++6.0 environment,the eye detection system is constructed.The main method and steps are given out.Finally the feasibility of the method is validated by practical application,so it provides new technological means for medical research and clinical diagnosis of diseases.
