探析金融危机下全球抵制贸易保护主义的途径

Study on the Approach to Resist Protectionism under Global Financial Crisis

金融危机下,贸易保护主义泛滥。全球已就抵制贸易保护主义达成共识。然而,各国出台的各种贸易保护措施却与其抵制贸易保护主义的承诺背道而驰。WTO作为当前国际上最大的政府间经济组织,应当并且能够成为促使各国落实其"抵制贸易保护主义"承诺的平台。然而,WTO目前的制度体系无法使其在这一问题上发挥应有作用。文章通过介绍和分析目前全球抵制贸易保护主义遇到的困境,试图从完善WTO相关制度的角度寻找全球抵制贸易保护主义的有效途径。

Protectionism is more and more severe under financial crisis.World has made a consensus on resisting protectionism.However,the countries＇ measures of protecting all sorts of trade are not coincident with their promise.WTO,as the biggest inter-governmental international economic organization,should and can help to realize the aim of countering protectionism.WTO needs improving in its system so as to do better job at this point.The author introduces and analyzes the complex situation of global resisting protection to seek an effective approach to resist trade protectionism.
