文章分析了我国国土资源规划管理的现状，对建立市场经济条件下的国土资源规划体系、国土资源规划体系中各类规划的相互关系、作用以及国土资源管理与国土资源规划之间的关系进行了较为详细地阐述。
The paper analyses the current situation of plan of land and resources in China, and it expounds the relationship among all kinds of plan, role in plan system of land and resources under market economy. It also discusses the relationship between management of land & resources and plan of land & resources.
