摘要
介绍了研究型煤固硫性能的实验流程和方法,通过在钙基型煤中添加改性粉煤灰作为固硫添加剂,考察了改性粉煤灰对型煤固硫效果的影响。研究结果表明,钙基型煤添加改性粉煤灰后,型煤固硫率可达55.41%,活化粉煤灰在高温下可抑制硫酸盐的分解和SO_2释放;型煤固硫率随粉煤灰添加量的增加而升高,随燃烧温度的增加而降低,而燃烧时间对其影响不大。
The impact of modified fly ash on sulfur retention of coal briquette which was Ca-based was studied in this paper. The result showed that the coal sulfur retention rate reached 55.41% after adding modified fly ash in the Cabased coal, which could restrain the decomposition of sulfate and reduce the release of S02 at high temperature. Coal sulfur retention rate increased with the increase of the modified fly ash. while decreased with the increase of the combustion temperature, and it was little affected by the burning time.
