文章认为，正确选取参数值对矿业权价值评估合理与否意义重大。文章分析了影响矿业权价值评估因素特征，对如何科学、合理选取可靠的参数值进行较为详细地阐述。
The paper considers that correct selection of parameter has important significance for rational evaluation on mining property. It also analyses the characteristics of the factors influencing the evaluation on mining property. In the end, the paper expounds the problems about scientific and rational selection of parameter.
