Parameter Adjustment for Crude Benzene Production with Low-pressure Steam

分析了中平能化集团天宏焦化公司捣固焦粗苯生产系统在低压蒸汽下运行中存在的问题,认为蒸汽压力偏低是影响粗苯生产的主要原因。在实际生产中,通过采取提高管式炉炉膛温度、提高洗苯富油的循环量、合理控制脱苯塔的回流比及提高贫油的再生量等调节措施,使粗苯产量、质量均达到要求。

Existing problems that had been experienced in the operation of the crude benzene production system with lowpressure steam of the stamp-charged coke ovens of the Zhongping Energy and Chemical Group were analyzed. It was pointed out that the low pressure of the steam was the cause which affected the crude benzene production. During actual operation of the plant, the hearth temperature of the tubular oven and the circulation quantity of the wash benzole rich oil could be increased, the reflux ratio of the benzene scrubber could be properly controlled, and additionally, the regeneration volume of the lean oil could be raised. By above adjustment, the required quality and quantity of the crude benzene production could be reached.
