摘要
工序尺寸链计算是机械加工工艺设计中必不可少的环节。当工件形状重杂,工艺基准多项转换工艺尺寸链环数较多时,工序间尺寸链的换算十分繁琐。文中讨论了应用图解跟踪法建立工艺尺寸链的数学解算模型,并利用VISUALFOXPRO编制工艺尺寸链图解跟踪应用程序,简化相关工序尺寸及其公差的计算。
The calculation of process size is an essential link in the design of machining process.The conversion of process size is complicated when datum transformation,especially for part with more complicated location relationship and process dimension chain.This article discusses how to utilize dimension chain principle of graphic tracing method in order to build a mathematical model of process dimension chain;utilize VISUAL FOXPRO to work out computer program;calculate process dimensions and tolerances simply.
