摘要
以002×7型强酸性阳离子交换树脂为载体,采用微波辅助水热法制备了负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂。分别采用XRD、XPS、SEM、TEM等方法对所制备的样品进行了表征。以紫外灯为光源、甲基橙溶液为目标污染物研究了所制备产物的光催化活性。结果表明:微波辅助法制备的负载型纳米TiO2样品经XRD分析均为锐钛矿相;TEM的分析结果显示,树脂表面负载的TiO2颗粒呈棒状结构,粒径为5~10 nm;样品的XPS分析进一步表明树脂表面负载了TiO2颗粒;光催化实验结果显示微波辅助法制备的负载型纳米TiO2经多次使用仍具有较高的光催化活性。
Loaded nano-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by hydro-thermal method with microwave-assisted,taking 002×7 strong acid cation exchange resin as the carrier.The obtained sample was characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM,TEM,and so on.Its photocatalytic activity under UV light was evaluated with methyl orange solution as target contaminant.The results from XRD analysis showed that the loaded nano-TiO2 existed in anatase phase.TEM analysis exhibited TiO2 particles with rod-like structure was loaded on the surface of the resin,particle size between 5-10 nm.XPS analysis also showed that the surface of resin had loaded TiO2 particles.The results of photocatalysis experiment proved that the loaded nano-TiO2 has a higher photocatalytic activity after many applications.
