摘要 在比较各种固化剂对污泥的固化改性特征的基础上,优化了固化参数,研发了千吨级污泥固化设备。结果表明:以镁盐为主要成分的M1固化剂的添加量为5%时,其抗压强度即可达到52 kPa,而水泥和石灰固化剂添加量则需在20%以上。SEM分析表明,在污泥固化过程中M1固化剂与化学污泥中Al、Ca、Fe、Mg等离子发生胶凝反应后形成针状、长柱状的晶体,缩短了固化时间,提高固化污泥试样的密实性,促进了其早期强度的发展。示范工程建设与运行结果表明,M1固化剂添加比例为10%,养护7 d,固化污泥即可满足安全填埋作业的土力学特性指标,实现污泥的安全卫生填埋。 Based on comparing modified solidification characteristics of sewage sludge using many kinds of curing agents,solidification parameters were optimized,and thousand-ton-level solidification equipment was developed.The results showed that when the dosage of M1 agent mainly consisted of Mg salts was 5%,the compression strength of sludge would reach 52 kPa,but the dosages of cement and lime were over 20%.SEM analysis showed that during sludge solidification process,M1 agent made a gelatinization reaction with Al,Ca,Fe and Mg ions of chemical sludge to form needle-shaped or columnar-shaped crystal.The M1 agent shortened the solidification time,enhanced the solidity of the solidified sludge,and accelerated to develop its early strength.Construction and operation of demonstration project indicated that when the dosage of M1 agent was 10%,the solidified sludge could meet the demand of soil mechanics for secure landfill after curing 7 days.It can realize secure sanitary landfill of sludge.
