知识经济社会的文化经济化和经济文化化重要特征,使文化产业构成社会经济新形态。当今文化产业已成为全球经济新的增长点和综合国力新的竞争点。发展文化产业作为我国转变经济发展方式、优化经济产业结构的选择也在凸显成效。但与发达国家相比仍存在较大差距,而文化产业金融支持乏力,发展需求资金阙如则是差距的主要症结之一。为此金融深度支持的对策措施是:完善支持文化产业的货币信贷政策;创新支持文化产业的专门银行机构;优化支持文化产业的系列金融产品。

Culture economization and economy culturalization are important features in the knowledge economy society,which made culture industry a new form of social industry.Nowadays,Cultural Industry has become a new growth point of global economy and new competition point of overall national strength.Developing the cultural industry as a way to change our economic development,the choice of optimizing the economic industrial structure also highlights its effects.But there is still a wide gap with developed countries.Lack of financial support for cultural industries and the need of fund for development is one of the main cruxes of the problem.Therefore,measures for financial depth support are： improving the monetary and credit policy;innovating the specialized banking institutions,etc.
