摘要 针对市场食用油掺假现象,对近红外光谱快速测定食用油成分含量快速测定可行性进行研究。实验使用花生油和大豆油配制二元食用油调合油,使用花生油、菜籽油和大豆油配制三元食用油调合油。研究结果表明,二元调合食用油成分测量偏差为0.36%,三元调合食用油成分测量偏差为0.69%~0.83%,说明近红外光谱快速测定调合食用油成分含量是可行的。 In order to detect the adulteration in edible oils, a fast analytical method of edible oil composition is carried out using near infrared spectroscopy. Binary blending oil samples were prepared using peanut oil and bean oil, and ternary blending oil samples using peanut oil, bean oil and rapeseed oil. The average deviation between prediction results and actual results is 0.36% for Binary blending oil composition, and 0.69-0.83% for ternary blending oil composition. The results show that fast measuring blending oil composition using NIR is feasible.
