高效液相色谱法快速测定水产品中四环素类药物残留

建立一种高效液相色谱法快速提取测定水产中土霉素、四环素、金霉素、强力霉素的新方法。样品以草酸甲醇溶液直接提取、浓缩进样,高效液相色谱-DAD检测器分析,外标法定量。该方法土霉素四环素的检出限为10μg/kg,金霉素、强力霉素为20μg/kg。在0.05～2μg/mL范围内呈良好线性,相关系数大于0.999。平均加标回收率为75.1%～105.8%,RSD为2.72%～7.62%。该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于水产种四环素类抗生素药物的残留检测。

Rapid determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetrecycline, doxycycline by HPLC is con- structed. Samples are directly extracted from oxalic acid soluted in methanol, condensely injected, quantified with external standard method. The detection limit of this method is 10μg/kg for chlortetrecycline, 20μg/kg for doxycy- eline. The results showed it is highly linear correlation wihin the range of 0.05μg/ml-2μg/ml, the liner correlation was more than 0.999, the average recovery was 75.1%-105.8%, RSD is 2.72%-7.62%. This method is rapid, easy and accurate, which may be used for the residue detection of tetracycline antibiotics.
