摘要
文章将焦点放在以色列教育部运用的校长绩效评估系统上,从几个相互矛盾的现象,分析了当前以色列中小学校长绩效评价实践中所蕴含的问题,希望通过对这些弊病的分析找出症结所在。以期对我国的中小学校长绩效评价的发展有所启示。
The focus of the paper is on the principal assessment system applied by the Israeli Ministry of Education. In order to find the crux through analyzing these problems, the hidden problems of the current Israli principal performance assessment practices have been analyzed from some paradoxical phenomenon. The purpose of this paper is to provide some implications for the development of Chinese principal performance assessment.
