随着校本管理研究的不断深化,人们渐渐认识到,规章制度可以规范学校中人们的行为,但是学校中的组织文化也对校本管理产生着更深远的影响,威廉·大内的Z理论也对校本管理提供了更多的启示,使我们能从组织文化的角度来研究和改善学校的管理,使学校的管理更加科学化、人性化。

With the further research of school-based management, people gradually realized that rules and regulations will constraint people＇s behaviour. The culture of organization in the school will make a more profound influence to school-based management. William Ouchi＇s Z theory also provide much more inspiration to school-based management. It makes us research and ameliorate the management of school from the angle of organizational culture,making school management more scientific and humanistic.
