再论高等教育对社会分层与社会流动的影响

Re-discussion on the Influence of Higher Education to Social Stratification and Social Flowage

高等教育具有促进社会流动从而形成合理社会分层的作用,但近些年来高等教育促进社会良性流动的功能却在进一步弱化。本文论述了当今高等教育对社会分层和社会流动的影响及高等教育在促进社会流动时所面临的新困境,同时为高等教育走出困境提出一些对策,以期高等教育能够很好地促进社会合理的分层。

Higher education has the function of promoting social flowage and forming good social stratification, however, this function has become weaker and weaker in the recent years. This paper probes into the influence of present higher education to social stratification and flowage, and the new predicaments with which higher education faces; meanwhile,in order to help higher education get away from the new predicaments, some countermeasures are proposed in this paper, which hope that higher education can promote society forming a reasonable stratification.
