摘要
目的优化中药房的调配流程,减少差错,方便患者。方法改进工作流程,实行中草药调剂分组,中成药柜位号上处方等工作模式。结果与结论优化工作流程后,减少了高峰时段患者的等候时间,使药学人员的工作更加方便、快捷,并可尽量避免差错的产生。
Objective To optimize the prescription dispensing procedure for reducing mistakes and bringing convenience to patients.Methods To improve the working procedure and implement the working modes,for example,grouping in Chinese herbs dispensing and setting the shelves＇position number in prescription.Results and Conclusion After optimization of working procedure,the time patients＇ have to wait during rush hours is shortened,the pharmacists work more conveniently and rapidly,and errors could be avoided as much as possible.
