抑郁与冠心病密切相关,美国家庭医师协会在2009年发表了《心梗后抑郁的筛查与治疗:AAFP指南》,对临床诊疗作出了规范,本文将对该指南的重点内容作介绍。
Depression,as an important predictor of morbidity and mortality,is associated with coronary heart disease.In 2009,the American Academy of Family Physicians（AAFP）commission on Science delivered the guideline for the detection and management of post-myocardial infarction depression.Here we try to make a brief introduction to the guideline.
