自动门安全装置的设计与开发

摘要 使用电涡流传感器,基于M1crosoft visualstudio,以及Mutsim的集成平台,运用PLc可编程温度漂移控制器【1】进行温度补偿,结果显示:灵敏度高,性能平稳,速度快,当夹有异物时,可以迅速、准确地做出反应。该系统可实现响应时间短、低功耗、可靠性高的检测和控制。 By means of eddy current transducer sensors,this system is based on Microsoft Visual Studio and Mutsim integrated platform and realizes temperature compensation by means of PLC programmable temperature drift controller.Laboratory data shows that this system can work in a high sensitivity ,a stable performance and at a high speed.In case of clamping stuffs,it can flick immediately.This system can achieve measuring and controlling in a short response time,low power consumption and high reliability.
