关于我国侦查体制改革若干问题的思考

Pondering over the Reform of Investigation System in China

我国现行侦查体制是在长期与各种犯罪作斗争的历史产物。现行侦查体制存在着侦查权配置不合理、侦查管理体制效率不高、侦查权运行机制不健全和侦查权监督制约机制不到位等问题。因此,改革现行侦查体制的主要对策有:重新配置侦查权,优化侦查管理体制,创新侦查运行机制和强化侦查监督机制。

Current investigation system is the outcome of the historical process of fighting various crimes. There exist many problems such as the irrational distribution of investigation power, inefficiency of investigation management system, incomplete operating mechanism of investigation power and incomplete supervision mechanism of investigation power. The main countermeasures to reform the current investigation system include： redistribute the investigation power, maximize investigation management system, innovate the operating system of investigation power and improve supervision mechanism of investigation power.
