我国医院中成药使用现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on utilization of chinese patent medicine in our country hospital

目的调查我国医院中成药使用情况,分析2007～2009年度我国医院中成药采购数据,探讨我国中成药的发展趋势。方法对2007～2009年度我国医院中成药采购品种及剂型进行统计分析,比较三年的采购数据,总结出近三年中成药的使用趋向。结果我国中成药的使用仍以传统剂型为主,注射剂型发展较快,心血管等慢性疾病类型药物所占比例大。结论我国中成药应在保持传统的基础上,开发新剂型,新适应证,以适应临床使用需要。

Objective To analyze the purchase data of chinese patent medicine in hospital from 2007 to 2009,in order to probe the developmental trend of chinese patent medicine in our country.Methods The purchase data about types and dosage-form of chinese patent medicine were analyzed,and The tendency of usage of latest three years were summarized.Results Injections develop rapidly,and traditional dosage-form was mainly used in hospital for curing the chronic diseases,such as cardiovascular disease.Conclusion Chinese patent medicine should develop some new dosage-form to adapt the needs of clinical treatment on the basis of keep traditioral.
