机械法准分子激光角膜上皮下磨镶术治疗高度近视的可行性及疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨机械法准分子激光角膜上皮下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗高度近视临床疗效及副反应,分析及可用性。方法将我院30例(60眼)高度近视患者进行准分子激光角膜上皮下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗,手术后进行疗效分析及手术并发症的对比分析。结果术后裸眼视力1.0以上达52眼占86.7%。不良反应共13眼占21.7%:术中所有患者均无疼痛。术中上皮瓣制作不完整、破损5眼占8.3%,角膜上皮瓣游离2眼占3.3%。术后眼睑红肿、不能睁眼3眼占5.0%,1眼占1.7%角膜接触镜丢失,角膜雾状混浊2眼占3.3%。结论 LASEK治疗高度近视疗效确切,痛苦小、视力恢复快,成为当前的主流手术,但存在着角膜瓣有关的并发症,而随着手术技巧的不断改进,术后并发症的减少,且受角膜厚度不够的限制将被临床眼科医生所信赖。
