我国乙二醇丁醚生产能力达到12万t/a,有些装置生产技术高于国际水平,但国内企业几乎没有产品量产。调查发现进口产品价格甚至低于国内生产成本。建议组织调查,必要时提出反倾销诉讼。

The annual production capacity of ethylene glycol butyl ether（EB）in China is 120 thousand tons.Some producers have world leading process technology.Nearly all producers stop production in recent years.Investigation shows that the imported EB product price is lower than domestic production cost.It is suggested that to investigate the issue concerned and propose an anti-dumping action when necessary.
