Technological Advance on Comprehensive Utilization of C_9 Heavy Aromatics

深化连续重整重芳烃开发应用,不仅可以大幅度增加均三甲苯的产量,而且能副产其他高附加值产品,使连续重整重芳烃利用的综合经济性得到改善。阐述了国内已经开发和工业化应用的偏三甲苯、均三甲苯分离制取技术,呼吁开发和有效利用C9芳烃其他成分。

Current status of heavy aromatics utilization from continuous catalytic reforming（CCR）unit was summarized.Based on the investigation of the characteristics of CCR heavy aromatics and the existing processing experience,it was proposed to further optimize the utilization of said heavy aromatics.It integrated direct and indirect utilization of said heavy aromatics,which not only increased the yield of 1,3,5-trimethylbezene,but also produced byproducts,such as 1,2,3-trimethylbezene,1,2,4,5-tetramethylbezene,meta/para methyl ethyl benzene,and series of aromatic solvents.As a result,the economic benefit of the utilization of heavy aromatics from CCR was improved.
