摘要
学生评教是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分和教学质量管理的关键环节。目前,高校学生评教的运作存在诸多信息不对称现象,它会造成学生和教师的逆选择及败德行为。这些行为的发生不仅缘于评教过程中的信息不对称,还与学生评教制度运作的不科学有关。所以,完善学生评教制度,需要促成教学信息在管理方、教师和学生之间的对称配置,同时应使学生评教制度回归服务学生和实现学生利益这一本质。
Student Evaluation of Teaching(SET),as an important part and a crucial link of teaching quality management system in higher education institutes,has some phenomena of information asymmetry during its working,which can cause some converse choice and moral risk behaviors in students' studying and teachers' teaching.These behaviors,to some extent,are also caused by the SET working unscientifically at present.Based on the analyses of the information asymmetry theory,some measures should be taken to consummate the SET system,including distributing teaching information symmetrically among the administrators,teachers and students,and simultaneously making the SET system come back into the essence of serving students and realizing student interests.
