胃癌患者血清CEA、CA724、VEGF和Endostatin联合测定的临床意义

Clinical significace of Serum CEA, CA724, VEGF and Endostafin combined detection in patients with Gastric CancerⅢⅢ

目的 研究血清CEA、CA724、VEGF和Endostatin联合测定在胃癌诊断中的临床意义.方法 采用ELISA方法测定60例胃癌患者中VEGF和Endostatin水平,同时采用电化学发光法测定CEA、CA724水平,并以胃溃疡患者和正常人群作对照.结果 胃癌患者血清CEA、CA724、VEGF和Endostatin水平明显高于胃溃疡患者和正常人群,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;且Ⅲ、Ⅳ期均明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.联合检测灵敏度提高至75%明显高于单项检测（分别为43.33%、56.67%、48.33%、40.00%）.结论 血清CEA、CA724、VEGF和Endostatin可用于胃癌的诊断、预后判断,联合测定可提高诊断率.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum CEA, CA724, vascular endothelial grewthfactor（VEGF ）and Endostatin in paitent swith gastric canoe. Methods Serum samples were collected from 60 patients suffering from gastric canoe. Serum levels of CEA, CA724, VEGF and Endostatin were detected with enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and electro - chemiluminescence immunoassay, respectively; which included 40 with gastric ulcer and 30 healthy persons. Results The levels of CEA, CA724, VEGF and Endostatin in patients with gastric carcinoma were signitleantly higher than those in patients with gastric ulcer and healthyp ersons（P 〈 0.01 ） .And that , The positive rates of CEA, CA724, VEGF and Endostatin in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients were remarkably higher than those in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive rate of CEA, CA724, VEGF and Endostatin in combination was 75 %, which was significantly higher than that of single marker（43.33 % ,56.67 % ,48.33 % ,40.00 %, respectively, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The results suggest that determination of CEA, CA724, VEGF and Endostatin are valuable for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and evaluation of patient＇ s conditions,and diagnostic value can be enhanced by determination of CEA, CA724, VEGF and endostatin in combination.
