扁核酸大枣采后生理活动变化的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 以扁核酸大枣为试材,研究其半红果在室温条件下和低温冷藏条件下果实呼吸强度、失重率和果实硬度变化,及在低温冷藏条件下果实好果率、软果率和腐烂指数。结果表明:扁核酸大枣在整个贮藏阶段无明显的呼吸高峰出现,判断该品种为非跃变型果实;扁核酸大枣采后硬度不断下降,前期下降速度较慢,贮藏50 d后下降速度明显加快;测定软果率和腐烂指数发现,前期果实的软果率和腐烂率较小,后期果实软化和腐烂的速率逐渐增大。 Taking Bianhesuan jujube as test materials to study the respiration intensity,weight loss rate,fruit firmness of half-red fruit in the greenhouse and cold storage conditions,and good fruit rate,soft fruit rate and decay index in cold storage were studied.The respiratory peak of the Ziziphus jujube Mill ‘Bianhesuan’ in all the storage stage was not obviously.So we had to decide this breed was nonclimacteric fruits;The rigidity of Ziziphus jujube Mill 'bianhesuan' declined continuously.At the beginning,its proportion of soft fruit and blot was small but the speed of soft and blot became rapid in the end.
