摘要 分别研究了不同浓度蔗糖(20、30、40、50 g/L)以及葡萄糖(20、30、40、50 g/L)对蜡梅切花寿命的影响。结果表明:当葡萄糖或蔗糖的浓度为30 g/L时,能明显减缓蜡梅切花的枯萎速度,延长其瓶插寿命;当其浓度为50 g/L时,均能加速蜡梅切花的枯萎,缩短瓶插寿命;此外,协方差分析表明,瓶插前蜡梅花枝的开花率与花枝瓶插13 d的枯萎率呈正相关,相关系数R=0.643,且达到了显著水平(F=33.916,P=0.05),二者之间的线性回归方程为y=-8.855+1.1011x。 The effect of different concentrations of sucrose(20,30,40,50 g/L) and glucose(20,30,40,50 g/L)affected on the life of C.praecox cut flowers were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of glucose or sucrose was 30 g/L,the withered speed both decreased significantly,and the vase life was prolonged;while the concentration of them was 50 g/L,the withered speed accelerated.Besides,the covariance analysis showed that the relation between the flowering rate of the branches before inserting into vase and the withered rate at the 13th day in the vaes were significantly positively correlated(R=0.643,F=33.916,P=0.05),and the linear regression equation was y=-8.855+1.1011 x.
