摘要
对25个萝卜自交系硝酸盐含量进行了比较与聚类分析。结果表明:萝卜品系之间硝酸盐含量差异极显著,最高与最低差异为472.59 mg/kgFW,达到了2.8倍,存在基因型差异;在不同萝卜品系中硝酸盐含量基本呈正态分布;聚类分析将25个品系分成2大类(Ⅰ和Ⅱ)和4个小组(分别是1、2、3、4组),并筛选得到了高硝酸盐含量和低硝酸盐含量的萝卜品系。其中1组为高含量组,范围为682.37~734.32 mg/kgFW,包括自交系L0922、L091、L0919和L0917;第3组为低含量组,范围为261.73~304.79 mg/kgFW,包括自交系L0913、L0912、L0903和L0908。关键词:萝卜;硝酸盐含量;基因型;
After nitrate content comparison and clustering analysis of 25 strains of radishes.The results showed that the significant differences have been found in various radishes,the difference between maximum and minimum was 472.59 mg/kg FM and reach 2.8 times,existing genotype difference.The range of nitrate content in different strains tends to fellow a normal distribution.There were two main groups(Ⅰ and Ⅱ) and four small groups(1,2,3 and 4,respectively) by clustering analysis.By sifting,we got high and low nitrate content lines by sifting.The range of 1 group with high nitrate content was 682.37 to 734.3 mg/kgFW,including L0922,L091,L0919 and L0917;The 3 group with low nitrate content include L0913,L0912,L0903 and L0908 which range was from 261.73 to 304.79 mg/kgFW.
