摘要
采用超声法提取云南大白口蘑子实体中的秋水仙碱,并用薄层扫描法来测定其含量。结果表明:λ=352 nm,秋水仙碱线性范围为0.08~0.94μg,相关系数为0.9994,平均回收率为99.65%,RSD=3.98%;该法准确、简便、快速、重复性好,适用于优质单株的高通量筛选。
To determine the content of colchicines in the Tricholoma giganteum Massee fruit body from Yunnan,the sample was extracted by supersonic method,and measured by TLC,λ=352 nm;the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08~0.94 μg,correlation coefficient was 0.9994,the average recovery was 99.65%,RSD=3.98%;this method was accurate,simple and rapid,the result was satisfactory,it was suited to select the quality of single plant.
