常化温度对二次冷轧无取向硅钢组织和磁性能的影响

摘要 研究了二次冷轧工艺常化温度对冷轧无取向硅钢薄带组织结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,采用两次冷轧法工艺时,对热轧板进行常化能改善硅钢薄带的磁性能。当常化温度低于中间退火温度时,常化对改善铁损的作用不明显,但对提高磁感有一定作用;当常化温度高时,常化可以显著改善磁性能,特别是当中间退火温度较低时,提高常化温度的作用更大。 The effect of normalizing temperature on microstructure and texture of non-oriented silicon steel sheets when adopting double cold reduction has been studied.Results showed that the magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel could be improved by double cold rolling after normalized.When normalizing temperature lower than intermediate anneal temperature,core less could not be reduced remarkably by adopting normalizing technology,but magnetic induction could get a little benefit.When normalizing temperature was increased,the magnetic properties were improved obviously.Especially when the intermediate anneal temperature was lower at the same time,the improvement of the magnetic properties was even more.
