乳腺癌组织内NF-κB p65、PCNA的表达及其相关性分析

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌组织内细胞核因子-κB(NF-κB)p65与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及意义。方法采用SABC免疫组化染色法检测135例乳腺癌组织内NF-κB p65与PCNA蛋白的表达,并分析二者的相关性及与临床病理因素的关系。结果乳腺癌组织内NF-κB p65蛋白表达阳性率为52.6%,PCNA表达阳性率为58.5%。乳腺癌组织内NF-κB p65蛋白与PCNA蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.05);NF-κB p65与肿瘤大小呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.05),与淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.432,P<0.05),与患者年龄无明显相关性(r=-0.233,P>0.05)。PCNA与肿瘤大小呈正相关(r=0.403,P<0.05),与淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.467,P<0.05),与患者年龄无明显相关性(r=0.222,P>0.05)。结论 NF-κB p65、PCNA可以作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的有效指标,乳腺癌组织内NF-κB p65和PCNA的高表达可导致肿瘤侵袭性增加,促进肿瘤细胞向区域淋巴结转移。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) p65 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in breast cancer.Methods Expression of NF-κB p65 and PCNA in breast cancer were detected by SABC immunohistochemical staining method and the relationship of their expressions with clinical factors was analyzed.Results The positive rate of the expression of NF-κB p65 and PCNA in breast cancer was 52.6% and 58.5%,respectively;NF-κB p65 in breast cancer was positively correlated with PCNA(r=0.55,P0.05) and their expression was positively correlated with tumor size(NF-κB p65: r=0.401,P0.05;PCNA: r=0.403,P0.05) and lymphatic metastasis(NF-κB p65: r=0.432,P0.05;PCNA: r=0.467,P0.05) of tumor,but had no correlation with the age of patients(NF-κB p65: r=-0.233,P0.05;PCNA: r=0.222,P0.05).Conclusion NF-κB p65 and PCNA can serve as effective markers to estimate the prognosis of breast cancer,and the high expression of NF-κB p65 and PCNA can induce the increase of tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis.
