几种杀菌剂对柑橘溃疡病的药效测定 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]筛选出对柑橘溃疡病有较好防效的杀菌剂。[方法]选用77%多宁600倍、80%金纳海600倍、3%克菌康800倍、77%多宁600倍+柔水通3 000倍、80%金纳海600倍+柔水通3 000倍、3%克菌康800倍+柔水通3 000倍液等单、混剂,进行田间药效测定。[结果]所有参试药剂对柑橘溃疡病的防效均达48.00%以上,而添加农药增效剂后的防效显著高于单剂(P<0.05),其中以80%金纳海600倍+柔水通3 000倍和3%克菌康800倍+柔水通3 000倍对柑橘溃疡病的防效最好,其对叶部溃疡和果实溃疡的防效分别达77.00%和79.00%以上。[结论]80%金纳海600倍+柔水通3 000倍和3%克菌康800倍+柔水通3 000倍2种混剂在田间表现良好,推荐在生产上用于柑橘溃疡病的防治。 [Objective]The aim was to screen out several high-effect bactericides for controlling Xanthomonas campestris pv.citri(Hasse) Dye.[Method]600 times dilution of 77% copper calcium sulphate WP,600 times dilution of 80% thiram WDG,800 times dilution of 3% zhongshengmycin WP and their mixture with 3 000 times dilution of Biosoft respectively were chosen as the tested bactericides for effect determination in the field.[Result]The experimental results showed that field efficiency of mixtures were remarkably higher than others using alone,under the condition that all of the bactericides had abtained a ≥48.00%'s control efficiency against X.campestris pv.citri.The mixture of 80% thiram WDG+3 000 times dilution of Biosoft and 3% zhongshengmycin WP+3 000 times dilution of Biosoft were the best choice to control the X.campestris pv.citri on leaves and fruits,with an efficiency of ≥77.00% and ≥79.00% respectively.[Conclusion]Two kinds of bactericide mixtures,namely,80% thiram WDG+3 000 times dilution of Biosoft and 3% zhongshengmycin WP+3 000 times dilution of Biosoft,preformed better in this experiment,which could be applied to controlling X.campestris pv.citri in the production.
