摘要
[目的]为火力楠优良种源的选择提供理论依据。[方法]对11个火力楠不同种源的种子进行品质检验和幼苗期试验。[结果]种源间千粒质量差异极显著,形状无明显差异;幼苗性状种源之间差异不明显;种子性状之间、种子性状与幼苗性状之间呈极显著或显著的正相关关系;主成分分析表明,BB、RX-1、DY、BL-1种源综合表现良好,具有发展潜力。[结论]火力楠优良种源尚需在今后的区域化造林试验中进一步验证和选择。
[Objective]The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for selecting the superior provenance of Michelia macclurei.[Method]Experiments were conducted to study the seed quality and seedling characters of Michelia macclurei from eleven provenances.[Result]Significant difference existed in their 1 000-grain weight while no obvious differences could be seen in their shape and seedling characters among different provenances;extremely significant positive correlations or significant positive correlations were observed between most traits of seeds as well as between seed traits and seedling characters;the principal component analysis showed that BB,RX-1,DY and BL-1 had better comprehensive performance and huge development potential.[Conclusion]Superior provenances still need to be verified and selected in future regional afforestation trials.
