六盘水市特重干旱的气象成因及其影响分析

Analysis of the Meteorological Factors of the Worst Drought Causes and Its Influence on Liupanshui

[目的]分析2010年六盘水市特重干旱的气象因子及其对农业的影响,并提出了相应的防灾减灾建议。[方法]根据实时的气象数据与此次特重干旱灾害的特点进行研究分析。[结果]由于大气环流的异常和厄尔尼诺事件的影响,冷暖空气在旱区交汇形成的降水条件不足,导致旱区长时间降水量严重偏少,气温显著偏高加剧旱情的快速演变,特殊的地理环境(喀斯特、石漠化等)加重了干旱的危害。[结论]该研究可为今后的干旱预测预报和抗旱救灾提供有益参考。

[Objective]The paper aimed to analyze the meteorological factors of the worst drought and its impact on the agriculture in liupanshui city in 2010,and put forward the corresponding proposal on how to prevent and mitigate natural disasters.[Method]To make research analyses based on the real-time meteorological data and the characters of this drought disaster.[Result]Due to the influence of abnormal atmospheric circulation and El Nino events,the convergence of warm and cold air in the arid are inadequate,so the rainfall reduced seriously,shortage of water resources,and successive drought disasters what intensified by hot and dry weather,moreover,special geographical environment（Karst,desertification,etc.） increase the danger of drought.[Conclusion]The study can provide a useful reference for drought forecast and drought relief.
