关于加快我国科技型中小企业上市融资的思考

企业是自主创新的主体,只有建立起一大批优质的科技型企业才能推动我国产业结构调整和升级的顺利实施。本文首先分析了国内科技型中小企业的发展状况,并着重指出融资难问题已成为制约科技企业做大做强的瓶颈因素,之后运用SWOT分析模型详细研究了科技型中小企业在国内上市融资的优势、劣势,以及面临的机遇和威胁,论文最后提出了改革我国新股发行审核制度、完善上市公司监管体系和拓宽融资渠道三条针对性的建议。

The proposition of building ＂the innovation country＂ helps SMEs＇ healthy development in high-tech sector in China,which is the main body of independent innovation,and our country industry＇s restructure and promotion could be finished only if a large quantities of high quality science and technology enterprises had be established.The paper analyzed the domestic science and technology SMEs＇ developing condition,and pointed out that financing had become the bottleneck which would affect enterprises＇ development at first,and then SWOT model would be adopted to study its advantage、disadvantage、opportunities and threats with respect to listed financing.In the end,The paper proposed three pointed suggestions,that is reforming our country＇s new stock issue and audit system,consummating the supervise system for listed companies and expanding the financing channels.
