Here the paper constructs the framework of the risk management of regional food safety from the perspective of system theory,studies the key factors influencing the food safety management,searches for effective methods and solutions to solve the food safety problems and establishes the early warning system to guarantee food safety,which provides basis for the government to manage the food safety.
