发展现代粮食流通产业是推进粮食主产区城乡一体化的有效途径。黑龙江省粮食流通产业发展缓慢,已经影响到粮食生产、农民利益和区域城乡一体化发展。发展现代粮食流通产业,推进主产区城乡一体化,需要强化政府宏观调控和服务职能,加强现代粮食物流体系建设、培育壮大现代粮食流通主体,加快粮食仓储设施建设,发展粮食产业化经营。

Modern grain circulation industry development is an effective way to advance the unified design between the city and the countryside in main grain producing areas.The development of Heilongjiang grain circulation industry was slower and had already affected grain production,the farmers＇ interests and the unified design between the city and the countryside development.To develop modern grain circulation industry and promote the integration of urban and rural areas,it needed to strengthen the government＇s macro-regulation and service function,strengthen the construction of modern food logistics system,foster and expand modern grain circulation,accelerate the construction of storage facilities and develop grain industrial operation.
